Low staff, not enough appointments. Had to take my child to urgent care for the 3rd time today after being hurt over the weekend, because he couldn't see any doctor at the clinic. Worst military clinic I've been to in 10 years of my husband's service.
My experience as far as the pharmacy was great. There was some confusion about my prescription and dosage, and the techs did not hesitate to call my Dr. And clarify all in a timely manner. They were so kind and personable and it meant so much to walk away knowing I had the right information and medication.
I've been trying for days to get ahold of someone from the referrals office. Left messages and called early in the morning, nothing. I am 33 weeks pregnant and need prenatal care as I have been having issues.
